Too Good to Be True |

I was thrilled by the advertisement for a muslin backdrop at such a low cost ($33.00) Well, I should have guessed. I am highly doubtful that the material is in fact muslin, more like polyester. Being as the item was so inexpensive I should have known it was too good to be true but then I only used my imagination as to what a backdrop from a backdrop company would be like after using Professional Backdrop while attending the Art Institute of Atlanta. This is nothing like those, much smaller, much flimsier material. BUT don't take this as dissatisfaction or that I will not use your company. What I will do is make sure I know EXACTLY what I am ordering not THINK I know what I am getting.
--- Response from Backdrop Express: We're very sorry to hear that there was some confusion with the material of this product. As described in the product description, this is not a muslin backdrop but is made from a poly-poplin wrinkle-resistant matte material. We offer a wide range of backdrop materials, sizes & style so we do hope you were able to find a backdrop that does fit your needs.
