Products are dropped shipped direct from the manufacturer. All orders are shipped through FedEx, unless otherwise arranged or stated on a product page. During check out, customers can choose to ship their order Ground, or select one of our expedited options, including: First Overnight (8am delivery), Standard Overnight, 2 Day, Express Saver (3 days), and Ground. We cannot guarantee delivery dates with ground shipping. Please contact us if you require delivery by a specific date.
Every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible, however some delays may be necessary due to stock availability. Ground orders are typically shipped within 3 business days; however, it can occasionally take longer (especially during the holidays and month end inventory). Expedited orders will ship the next business day, but we will make every effort to process and ship orders placed prior to 12pm EST that same business day. Printed Backdrops require an additional three to five business days for processing and any expedited orders will still require that additional processing time.
You will receive an e-mail containing tracking information when your order has been shipped. You can also track the status of your order online through your Backdrop Express account - just go to “My Account” and select “Review orders / track packages”.
Currently only Continental US orders can be processed through our website. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or any other international location, please contact our customer care department with the desired item(s) including sizes you wish to order as well as the shipping address to receive a shipping quote.
Please note that Saturday is not included as a day of shipping or delivery or day in transit for any shipping method including expedited shipping. Please call us if you require delivery on Saturday as an additional fee will apply.
