Our Deep Black Fabric Backdrop is a wrinkle-resistant poly/poplin matte fabric with a tighter weave than muslin, giving you a truer, brighter color. Perfect for child photography, photo booths and portrait photography! Add an extra rod pocket to the bottom of your backdrop for only $15!

To release any wrinkles, iron with a warm iron on backside or steam while hanging. Store backdrop folded loosely or rolled.

    I purchased and had installed a high-end curtain rail system.  I did not want to use accordion-looking drapes because it's for a backdrop in a U-shaped photo/video studio I'm building, so I didn't want 'lines' in it-- I wanted the backdrop to lay flat.  

    I purchased this deep black fabric backdrop because I wanted something that would show little to no wrinkles and that meant to stay away from muslin backdrops.  

    The Deep Black Fabric is made of a unique blend of poly plus poplin.  I love that idea, because poplin is frequently used in men's suits, especially in hot weather because it's durable, cool, and doesn't easily wrinkle.  

    Here's a photo.  Though there is a small item that looks like a mark on the backdrop-- it is a tiny bit of light that came through due to having a full wall-size window where the shades were open.  Now those are closed and the sheet is SUPER BLACK.    

    I'm 100% thrilled.

    Pleasantly surprised with this purchase. The fabric quality and the all around stitching is exactly what we were looking for. We purchased solid black backdrops from other suppliers to compare with this purchase. This one is so much lighter and has a nice tight weave. We promptly returned the other purchases when received your item. This backdrop is a keeper! Thank you.
