Add a professional unique look to your next event with our new Custom Vinyl Banners. Our Custom Vinyl is 18oz heavy duty scrim vinyl and is UV coated for indoor and outdoor use. Banners are offered in several sizes and come with grommets to easily hang from most surfaces. Please contact us if the size you need is not listed.

Image File Requirements
- Minimum of 72 dpi, however for ideal results, it is strongly recommended that your image is at 100 dpi
- Dimensions no larger than 25000px x 25000px
- File size no larger than 25mb
- CMYK, JPG, or PNG

- 4 feet x 8 feet inch images should be sized to 3456 pixels x 6912 pixels at 72 dpi
- 5 feet x 6 feet image should be sized to 1008 pixels x 5184 pixels at 72 dpi
- 5 feet x 8 feet image should be sized to 1008 pixels x 6912 pixels at 72 dpi
- 5 feet x 10 feet image should be sized to 1008 pixels x 8640 pixels at 72 dpi
- 6 feet x 8 feet image should be sized to 5184 pixels x 6912 pixels at 72 dpi
- 6 feet x 10 feet image should be sized to 5184 pixels x 8640 pixels at 72 dpi

Copyright Guidelines
In order to use an image/design for a custom printed backdrop, you must hold the necessary licensing and copyright titles. By submitting an order for a custom backdrop, you are confirming that you hold these necessary rights. If, for any reason, the legal beholder of an image/design contacts Backdrop Express, he/she will be referred directly to you. Please note that illegal usage of a third party’s protected design is no small offense and can result in severe penalties.

Proofs are required in order to print backdrop. Orders usually ship within 4 to 5 business days after being submitted for production. Due to the custom nature of this product all sales are final. Please note if you cancel your custom table cover order after a proof has been sent, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.
