Backdrop Express Poly Paper Backdrops are printed on a high-quality, synthetic coated paper. It's durable, water-resistant and very difficult to tear. Has a matte finish so there is no glare from lighting. Requires clamps for hanging.

Order Processing:
After submitting your order, please send your custom backdrop image to customerservice@backdropexpress.com. You will be contacted via e-mail if your image is not received within one to two business days. Please see information below for image requirements. We do require an order be processed prior to requesting a proof.
Image File Requirements:
- Minimum of 72dpi, however for ideal results it is strongly recommended that your image is at 100dpi
- Dimensions no larger than 25000 x 25000 pixels
- File size no larger than 25Mb
- CMYK- JPG or PNG
Image Size Requirements:
- 4ft x 5ft images should be sized to 48" x 60", or 4,320 x 3,456 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 46" x 58")
- 5ft x 5ft images should be sized to 60" x 60", or 4,320 x 4,320 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 58" x 58")
- 5ft x 6ft images should be sized to 60" x 72", or 4,320 x 5,184 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 58" x 70")
- 5ft x 7ft images should be sized to 60" x 84", or 4,320 x 6,048 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 58" x 82")
- 5ft x 8ft images should be sized to 60" x 96", or 4,320 x 6,912 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 58" x 94")
- 5ft x 9ft images should be sized to 60" x 108", or 4,320 x 7,776 pixels at 72 dpi (Safe Zone: 58" x 106")
Copyright Guidelines
In order to use an image/design for a custom printed drop, you must hold the necessary licensing and copyright titles. By submitting an order for a custom drop, you are confirming that you hold these necessary rights. If, for any reason, the legal beholder of an image/design contacts Backdrop Express, he/she will be referred directly to you. Please note that illegal usage of a third party’s protected design is no small offense and can result in severe penalties.
A proof will not be provided for custom printed drops unless custom design work is required. Please contact us regarding a quote for custom design work. Due to the custom nature of this product all sales are final. Please note if you cancel your custom printed backdrop order after a proof has been sent, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.

Shipping Information
This product ships out of Arizona via FedEx. Orders typically ship within 4-5 business days (2-3 business days for printing & about 2 business days for the image approval process). Expedited orders can ship within 3 business days if images are sent immediately and meet all necessary requirements.
Please note that we cannot send your backdrop to the printer until we receive an approved file and printing time cannot be expedited. Please contact us or indicate in your order notes if you need a product by a specific deadline. Whenever possible, every effort will be made to meet your delivery time request.
