Our Custom Event Floor Extended Backdrop is the perfect all in one set up for your next event. This backdrop features 8 feet of your custom step and repeat backdrop and 8 feet of red carpet. Set up is simple: Hang the top of your backdrop onto your backdrop stand and sweep out the floor design in front, use clamps on either side of your backdrop stand to pull backdrop taught. We recommend using gaffer tape to secure backdrop to the floor.
Images/Logos: All images/logos must be submitted in Vector .EPS, or .AI file types. Any and all text included within your Vector image must be outlined, or converted to curves. Email all images/logos to [email protected] and reference your order number. If you would like a custom background color, please include this information in this email, as per the above guidelines.
If you cannot provide vector graphics, please submit your Raster image (.jpg .tiff etc) to us at [email protected] for approval after placing your order. For approval, all Raster images must be a minimum of 6" in width (432 pixels) @ 72 dpi, and be free of any pixelation when viewed at 100%.
Approval Process: After we have received your artwork, we will create a digital proof and email it to you for approval within 1 - 2 business days. We will provide two proofs at no charge. Any additional proofs will require a $25 fee. Once you approve the digital proof, the order will be sent to final production. Orders usually ship within 5-7 days after being submitted for production. Due to the custom nature of this product all sales are final. Please note if you cancel your custom printed backdrop order after a proof has been sent, a $25 cancellation fee will apply for the custom work that has been designed.
Material:
Please note that due to the printing process some small variances in actual backdrop size & color may occur.
Poly Paper: A synthetic coated paper. It's durable, water-resistant and very difficult to tear. Has a matte finish so there is no glare from lighting. Requires clamps for hanging.
Vinyl: A high-quality vinyl that is more durable and heavier than Poly Paper. It's water-resistant and is very easy to clean; simply wipe away dirt marks with a damp cloth. Has a matte finish so there is no glare from lighting. The backdrop comes rolled on a cardboard core for ease of hanging.
Wrinkle Free Fabric: A 100% polyester weave, similar to a tablecloth. Fabric is wrinkle-resistant, washable and has a sewn in rod pocket. Due to its tight weave, this material has a slightly clearer print quality than the heavyweight fabric and so is typically preferred for events. Please note that due to the printing process small variances in backdrop size and color may occur.
