And unlike many online retailers, we don’t believe that superb shopping experience should end after you check out. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on every product on our website.

If for whatever reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it free of cost for a full refund. We’ll cover any restocking fees our manufacturers charge us, and we’ll even cover the return shipping for all domestic orders.

How Our Return Policy Works

If you’re not satisfied with a product, you have up to 14 days from when you received the item to return it for a full refund. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for all US orders, and we'll waive any restocking fee.

Purchases can be returned up to 90 days in exchange for store credit. Return shipping is not included on returns initiated after 14 days. All items do need to be in their original condition to qualify for a return.

To initiate a return, please call us at (855) 683-3825 for an RMA number. An RMA number must be included with all returns or credit will not be provided. Full instructions will be provided at the time of RMA number request.
