Our main goal here at Backdrop Express is to offer our customers a superb shopping experience from start to finish. And unlike many online retailers, we don’t believe that a superb shopping experience should end after you check out. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee on almost every product on our website.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please call us at (269) 683-2721 or complete the Return Submission Form for an RMA number. An RMA number must be included with all returns or credit will not be provided. We request items be shipped back within 30 days of an RMA being issued. Please note that we cannot issue credit for unknown or unauthorized returns.

All items must be in original condition to be eligible for a return. Items not in their original condition may be subject to additional restocking or cleaning fees, pending inspection. Please note that due to their personalized nature, custom printed backdrops are not eligible for a return.

Once your return has shipped, please allow 2-3 weeks for transit and processing before your credit will be issued. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Within 30 Days of Receipt:

If the return is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item, we offer two convenient credit options:

1. STORE CREDIT (+FREE Return Shipping!)
2. FULL REFUND

You will receive store credit for the amount of your return plus a FREE return shipping label. To be eligible for the free return shipping, you must initiate your return within 30 days of receipt and items must be in their original condition. Please note the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund back to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees. We recommend shipping your return using a method that allows for tracking, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, please provide us with the tracking number so that we may stay updated on the product’s arrival back to our facility. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method.

Within 90 Days of Receipt:

If it is past 30 days of receipt, but within 90 days, we can still accept your return for store credit only. We recommend shipping the item back using a method that allows for tracking or delivery confirmation, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, please provide us with the tracking number as well so that we may stay updated on the product’s arrival back to our facility. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method. All items must be in original condition to be eligible for a return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product Defects/Replacements:

Although every effort is made to assure quality and accurancy, occasionally errors can occur. Please report damaged or defective items within 14 days of receipt to request a replacement. You may be asked to provide our customer service department with photos of any defects or misprints so that we may inspect the damage and offer a resolution as quickly as possible.
