All returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving your merchandise.

To initiate a return, please call us at (855) 683-3825 for an RMA number. Please return the item with the RMA number clearly identified, in large print, on the outside of the package and also taped to the item. Packages received without the RMA on the outside of the package will be refused.

Credit less shipping costs will be issued through Authorize.Net to the account charged for the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition for credit. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
